The local village of Sequiade in which the property stands has a range of basic shops, including a small supermarket, a chemist’s and a café, all of which are within 700 m of the house. The nearest restaurant is 3 km away, whilst the historic town of Barcelos with its weekly famous Thursday’s market and the university city of Braga can be reached by way of a 10 and 15 minutes drive respectively.
